WHAT IS PICK YOUR PRICE AND WHY ARE YOU DOING IT?
We figure that the best way to make a real impact in the world is ironically, through convenience. To reach our enormous goal, we empower our consumers to be part of our movement by allowing them to choose to donate through their purchases. Every donation made by our consumers through Pick Your Price will be matched by us, and we’re also donating in their name.
HOW TRANSPARENT IS PICK YOUR PRICE?
Ultra. We let our consumers know who we are supporting that season, and what we’re doing to support them. We’re constantly updating our social media about our activities and we welcome our supporting consumers to be part of the physical activities, should there be one!
CARE
WHAT ARE THE BASIC CARE FOR MY LEATHER PRODUCTS?
Keep leather out of direct heat/sunlight for prolonged periods of time to avoid the leather drying out or fade evenly. Keep your bags in a dust bag and fill with stuffing to maintain its shape. Avoid storing your leather bags in a closed spaced (e.g cupboard) to avoid growth of mold. Water spill will dry naturally on leather.
SHOULD I CONDITION MY LEATHER PRODUCTS? HOW FREQUENT?
Yes. Moisturise your leather goods once every 3 months to prevent wrinkles using leather conditioners. If you prefer your leather looking shiny, you may condition your bags / small goods every month.
HOW DO I CONDITION MY LEATHER PRODUCTS?
We prefer mink oil for our leather. Dab a dollop of conditioner on cloth and rub gently all over. Leave on for 10 minutes for the conditioner to set in, and wipe off excess. (Note: Conditioning may darken a certain type of leather).

WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Most purchases may be returned within 12 days after order has been shipped. Please ensure that items are unworn and undamaged. All returned items must be unaltered and include original packaging, including tags the item came with.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
To request a return, simply drop us a message at our contact page, and choose subject RETURN. Let us know which item you’d like to return alongside with your order number and why. Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Once your item has been accepted for return, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
To request an exchange, simply drop us a message at our contact page, and choose subject EXCHANGE. Let us know which item you’d like to exchange alongside with your order number and to what would you like to exchange to. Our team will get in touch with you within 4 hours. Once accepted, we will email you your store credit. Your new store credit is to be applied at Coupon Code section at cart check out.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Yes. Currently we only accept manual exchange. Please follow the steps from RETURN MY ORDER.
CAN I CHOOSE MY REFUND TYPE?
Yes. There are 2 options for you to choose from : Store credit refund OR bank account refund. For refund to store credit, you will receive a free shipping on your next order.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?
Please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
MY ITEM HAS BEEN PERSONALISED. CAN I STILL RETURN IT?
Item that has been personalised / monogrammed cannot be accepted for return, changes, or exchange.

CAN I GET MY ORDERS EXPEDITED?
Yes. For made-to-order items, please connect with us through our contact page and let us know what item you’d like to order and by when do you need them by. Expedited quotes will be applied.
CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE MADE MY PURCHASE?
Once order has been placed, we’re unable to edit the address you’ve keyed or the items within the order. If you’d like to change something in your order form after payment is made, please get in touch with us at contact page > order.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept only 2 types of payment.

1. Payments from your current/savings account through our FPX payment gateway.

2. PayPal for credit card/debit card users.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Made-to-order orders will be shipped out within 2-5 week
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE?
Domestic

All domestic orders are shipped using PosLaju. It usually takes 2-5 working days for you to receive your order after it has been shipped. We’ll email/SMS to you your tracking number once your item has been scheduled for shipment.

International

All international orders are shipped using PosLaju. It usually takes 7-20 working days for you to receive your order after it has been shipped. We’ll email you your tracking number once your item has been scheduled for shipment.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COSTS?
Domestic (Malaysia)

For every order above RM160, you will receive a complimentary shipping service.

Any orders below that will be charged at a flat rate of RM10.
